Team Rooter (our service technician was Kevin Zamora) was fantastic. Came out on a Sunday. Had a leak on the main water line entering the home. Kevin had to dig a big trench to repair. Spent all day fixing it. Custom copper weld repair. Showed me all the issues, took pictures and videos. Was very open and up front with pricing and all the work being done. Cleaned up thoroughly. Left the work area cleaner than when he started. Highly recommend . Very easy to reach and communicate with

The best plumbing experience I've ever had. Angel, the service professional was extremely professional and hard working. I attempted at first to unplug our sink drain by going down with a 20' 1/4" snake but was unable to unclog the drain. We couldn't use the sink for 3 days. I called Team Rooter and Angel Vazquez should up a little before his appointment time and went to work. He brought out the big 75' snake and started working the drain. I assumed the clog was a little more than I could reach with my 20' snake. I was wrong, he went down close to 75' to where it finally broke loose and started to drain!!! I was delighted. Angel was extremely humble and happy that he was able to unclog the drain. A terrific job. I'm a 1000% satisfied and would, hands down, recommend him, Team Rooter and Jesse. Thanks guys for your persistence and hard work it really worked!!!!

Team Rooter has been our go-to plumber for ages. Jeison came over today to help us with a slow-draining kitchen sink. He showed up on time and explained everything in a clear way. He got to work right away and did a great job!

Team Rooter came to our rescue on a problem we’ve been dealing with for some time. Angel came to diagnose the problem, explained our options and was honest about pricing. He showed up when he said he would, all the guys from the company who came (I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names) were respectful of our property (booties in the house), and cleaned up each day they were here. That being said- it ended up being a big job but the guys kept us posted every step of the job, informed us about what they were doing or what they suggested and why, and never pressured us to make a decision. If you need a rooter- these are your guys!

Juan was very helpful and has great customer service!! I received same day service to install new valves to operate my washer and dryer, including an earthquake gas shut off valve. Very professional and expedient service. Jason was polite and professional. Our problem was resolved and we purchased a yearly maintenance program. Their prices are reasonable and they didn’t try and push additional services and expenses on us. I would highly recommend this company.
